This DIXONTECH programme combines guided instruction, facilitated discussions, group simulations, and practical exercises using the PMI Disciplined Agile Toolkit. Participants work with real-world scenarios to practice selecting and applying the most suitable Way of Working (WoW) across different organizational and project contexts.
