2. Course Registration and Payment

2.1 Registration

All course registrations are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse registration without providing a reason.

2.2 Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods including bank transfer, credit card, and other electronic payment systems.

2.3 Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable at the time of registration will be confirmed upon booking.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellation by Participant

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the course start date: Full refund minus administrative fees
  • Cancellations made 15-30 days before the course start date: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the course start date: No refund

3.2 Cancellation by Dixontech

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone courses due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered alternative dates or a full refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and resources provided by Dixontech are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without explicit written permission.

6. Liability

6.1 Limitation of Liability

Dixontech shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or attendance at our courses.

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during all course activities. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the course without refund.

8. Certification

Course completion certificates will be issued upon successful completion of all course requirements. Certificates are issued electronically unless otherwise specified.
